B Yes, I did. She gave me lots of useful information and advice. And she made several suggestions about hotels to stay in.

B Great! They’ve got lots of state-of-the-art equipment and machines.

  1. A How was your holiday?

B A disaster! First, they lots all our luggage at the airport and then when we finally got to our hotel, the room didn’t have any furniture! Not even a bed!

A Did they change your accommodation?

B Well, yes, they moved us to a different room. And they finally brought us all our bags after two

days. And we had a terrible weather-it rained most of the time. And on top of that, someone stole my wallet with all my money in it. Three hundred euros.

A Oh dear. You did have a lot of bad luck , didn’t you?
