The shop assistant goes and takes an I phone 6.
SH: Here you are.
C: Thank you. How is it?
SH: It is £849.
C: Here you are.

After two days the new mobile phone doesn’t work, the customer goes back to the shop.
C: Hello!
SH: Hello. Can I help you?
C: Yes, please. Two days ago I bought this I phone, but now it isn’t going.
SH: Can I see, please.
C: Yes, here it is.
SH: I’m sorry. But it is broken. Would you have a new I phone?
C: Yes, please. But I haven’t got much money.
SH: There is no problem. There is one year warranty.
C: Oh, well!
The shop assistant goes and takes the new I phone.
