I: Good morning.

PAPA: Good morning.

I: My name is Nina and I would like to ask you some questions about your Easter holidays.

PAPA: OK.

I: What are you doing on your Easter holidays this year?

PAPA: I am going to do the mass in the church and thenI think I will go to my relatives and have lunch and dinner with them on Easter.

I: And what are you doing on Easter Monday?

PAPA: On Easter Monday I am going in the church and then I go home. And then I have dinner with my relatives.

I: Oh well. And what are doing the other days?

PAPA: I don’t know at the moment, but I think I will stay at home.

I: Thank you. Good bye.

PAPA: Good bye.

 

DIALOGUE 2

I: Hello!

ILARIA: Hello!

I: How are you?

ILARIA: I’m fin, thanks. And you?

I: I’m fine, too. Soon there are the Easter holidays, what did you do the last year?

ILARIA: I went to my grandparents on Easter and I had with them lunch, then we had a walk and then we made a chocolate cake. And then I went home with my parents.

I: And what did you do on Easter Monday?

ILARIA: In the morning I was in the church with my parents, then I went home and had lunch. In the afternoon I met my friends at the cinema and we watched a film. It was really cool! Then we had dinner in a pizzeria, the pizza was fantastic and then I went to my friend’s home.

I: Oh cool! And what did you do the other days?

ILARIA: I was at home and I did my homework or I met my friends. We had a lot of homework for the Easter holidays last year.

I: Thank you. I must go. Bye!

ILARIA: Bye!

 

DIALOGUE 3

Dear Jenny,

Would you like to come in Italy and celebrate Easter with me and my parents and Easter Monday with me and my friends?

If yes, on Easter I am going to had lunch with my parents and my grandmother at my grandmother’s home, then I think we will make a cake and then we go home and see a film.

On Easter Monday I am going to have lunch with my friends in a pizzeria, then we are going to eat an ice-cream and in the afternoon we are going to see a film at the cinema in a village near mine, it’s Villesse and we had dinner there at the McDonald’s.

If you want you can stay at my home also the other days of the Easter holidays and we can do what you want.
