Teresa, thanks for your email. I'm sorry to hear about your health problems. Have you seen a doctor about these headachws? I really think you should go to your family doctor and tell her about them. You shouldn't understimate the problem. Have you got any other symptoms? You had better take too many aspirins. Try these remedies: you should drink at least a litre of water every day, and you oughtn't eat chocolate for a few days. Also, you had better to ask for an allergy test, as this might be the cause. You should sleep for at least seven hours every night, perhaps you're tired. And I know you're studying a lot at the moment, but you had better to take a rest sometimes. You should go for a walk or do some exercise outside in the fresh air. Let me know how you're feeling soon!
