Try these remedies: you should drink a least a litre of water every day, and you shouldn’t eat chocolate for a few days. Also, you ought to ask for an allergy test, as this might be the cause. You should sleep for a least seven hours every night, perhaps you’re tired. And I know you’re studying a lot at the moment, but you ought to take a rest sometimes.
