In the second stanza of 'I find no peace' by Thomas Wyatt, the poet uses some different sounds that could be consider relevant for the comunication.

The intelligent reader can find the repetition of the desinence 'th'. It is an archaism to make the third person singular of verbs ('loseth' 'locketh' 'holdeth' 'letteth' 'giveth').

They help the reader to understand the inner conflicts of the the poet.

Also, he doesn't use the subject pronoun 'I' as in the first stanza, but introduces the object pronoun 'me'. When the speaker uses this pronoun to tell about himself, he loses his strenght: he becomes passive. Indeed, the pain imprisones himself and the poet could not move.
