AT THE AGENCY

AGENT: Hello! What can I do for you?

Me: Hi! I came here because I am looking for a new home.

Agent: What kind of home do you like?

Me: I want to live in a bungalow house.

Agent: Ok! Where do you want to live?

Me: I want to live in Cervignano.

Agent: Look what I found. In Cervignano there is a bungalow house near the centre and it costs only         200 000£.Are you interested in buying this house?

Me: I don’t know yet. But can you explain me how is it look like?

Agent: Sure. There are three bedrooms,1 sitting room, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. It’s already furnished. In the sitting room there is a big tv, then you can find a sofà made of material. The sitting room is comfortable. Instead the three bedrooms are similar.

Me: What do you mean by similar?

Agent: They are large and snug. Ina ln all the rooms you can find bed, desk with chair and in the wall there is a tv.

Me: Ok, This house seems good to me. But I want to do other researches.

Agent: Of course, When you are ready, you know where can you find me.

Me: Ok thanks.
