Dialogue

L: Good morning.

A: Good morning. Can I help you?

L:Yes, I'm looking for a house.

A: Well, I have three options.

The first is a flat near the sea. There is a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a small kitchen.

L: I think it's too small for me. I need a study and another bedroom for guests.

A: In this case, I suggest you a big bungalow in the countryside.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and also a big kitchen.

There isn't a study but you can add a desk in the living room.

L: That's a good idea, but I prefer an house in the city centre.

A: There's a detached house within walking distance of the city centre.

There's a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big study.

There's also a small garden in the back.

L: I think that's the house for me.
