­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Some people think that what we are makes us different. The purpose of the present text is to give a personal opinion about it, supported by argumentation.

Considering the definition of identity, it is the condition of beeing oneself and not another. Therefore your identity exists only when you are compared with another person. You don’t make your own identity, the others do. But how do  they do that? They judje you considering your notable and distintive features, indeed they don’t think about you like the person with two eyes but like the person with blue ones.

Going on, it is clearly true that every person is unique. As a matter of fact everyone was born with his own personality, wich is is influenched by the people he gets  in contact with and by the education he recieves. As every family is diffrent , every person is bringed up in a different way and develops his own personality.

last but not least, what we really are isnt’t always the same as what people think about us. Indeed people can judje you negatively only because you are troublesome for them,  but it is exactly for this reason that they consider you different from the others.

Taking into consideration all the above, I agree with the statement because I thik that peopèle make your identity starting from what they see unique in you.
