undeniably many families have to face a serious ilness case within the walls of their own house. not everyone would agree the relashionship between the patient and his family isn't always harmonious. the purpose of the present text is to discuss about this topic and to give personal opinions.
in the first place , it is clear that suffering from a serious ilness is wery stressful for the patient because his independence decreases. as a consequence he has to be supported by his family. the relationship between them can be damaged by the high number of warries they have to face. since every person reacts to them in a different way, on the one hand people in that situation can do their best, on the other hand they can react negatively isolating themselves.
going on, peple can put the patient in the foreground neglecting themselves. it is important not to forget that anyone has to live his life fully . to prevent this it is important for families to cohoperate in order to both supporting the patient and to live teir own lives.
last but not least, not everyone would agree the patient cannot expect his relatives to taking care of him if he has always been rude to them. indeed people, regardless of the way they are related t the patient, are more likely to help people they love.
Taking into consideration all the above, I think it is necessary for the members of the famiy to stay joined toghether both to take care of the patient in the best way and to going on living their own life.
