In this text I am going to do a careful analysis of the Wordword's poem “She Dwelt Among the Untrodden Ways”; and trying to get involved in the poet's head and understand the message who he wants to impart to the reader.

-Reading the tittle the reader immediately thinks of a girl who lives in a isolated place wich it in not very much inhubited and asks to himself same questions, for example: Why does she live alone? Why is she in an isolated place? that increases the curiosity of the reader.

-Looking at the layoutof the text the reader can understand   immediately that this is a poem. It's arenged into three quatrains with line of different lenght lengths. In the first stanza the writer descibes the character, a girl that lives alone and far from followed paths. She doesn't have relationship with other people. The poet describes the girl in second stanza , he saies that she has a rare beauty that is easy to appreciate. In the last stanza the poet makes us understand how fand she is important for him and that now she is dead.

-Moving now on the connotative analysis, the intelligent reader will soon realise the present of long vawel sound which helps to create the idea of vastity and together with words like “untroubled”, “none”, “half hidden”, “unknown” they form an mystery atmosphere. In the poem there are same retoric feaugers for exemple; the metophor in second stanza when the outhor compare the girl to a flower difficult to find, this retoric feauger is use to impart the reader how rare his beauty is; still in the second stanza there is a simile, with which the reader understands that she is unique to the reader.

- At the end of the analysis of the poem the reader understands the feelings of the writer who tries after the girl's death.
