Octavius, Antony, and Lepidus form together the second triumvirate. Antony was married with Fulvia, but he lived in Egypt with the Queen of Egypt Cleopatra, who was his mistress.
Octavius got angry for Antony's lifestyle and calls him to Rome.
Antony went home, but only later Fulvia's death. So Octavius and Antony organize the marriage of Antony to Octavius' sister Octavia. But Antony loved Cleopatra, so he departed Octavia to return to Cleopatra.
Octavius got angry and vowed to attack and regain control of Egypt. Antony discover that Cleopatra helped Octavius and he orders to kill her. Cleopatra knows that the only way to reconquest Antony's love is say that she's died. So she hides herself into her mausoleum waiting he.
Antony hears that Cleopatra is died and he orders his best friend Enobardus to kill him. But Enobardus loved him and he's not able to kill him and so he kill himself.
Antony want kill himself too, but he only bite himself. Later he goes to mausoleum and he dies into Cleopatra's arms.
She doesn't want to fall into Octavius' hands and so she kills herself with an asp's bite.
