The poet underlines how parents insist the adolescence gets up quickly because he or she might be late for school but the young chap believes there is so much time because he or she has to be at school for twenty to nine. To tell the truth when you are an adolescence  you don't really have a sense of time. You get up with terrible hair as if you had been in a fight. In addition you always have zits and when you look at your face in the mirror you hate it. And, of course, you are terrible late. You have no P.E kit ready and nothing seems to work (e nulla sembra funzionare). But that's life, part of growing up, that's why you need a lot of luck
