Opinions:

Sandra said to Carol about her boyfriend and now she thinks that it was a big mistake (because Carol got angry with her). She also think that Carol doesn't know who real friends are.

Peter and Sandra think that Carol will soon forget al about it.

Linguistic Functions:

Sandra: Yes, I did. And it was a big mistake. I should have listened to you. I shouldn't have said anything.

Peter: She'll soon forget all about it.

Sandra: Yes, I suppose so, the trouble with Carol is that she doesn't know who real friends are.

Argumentations:

Peter: You were only trying to help.

Reactions:

Sandra: I told her I had seen Terry at the disco with Sharon. But she just got angry with me.

She was not annoyed with Terry.

Consequence:

Sandra: He accused me of exaggerating the whole thing. And she said I was just jealous because I didn't have a boyfriend!
