ANALIZZARE UN TESTO POETICO SIGNIFICA:

  •   Non far dire a uno scrittore quello che non dice
  •  Non esprimere opinioni
  • Non usare la prima persona ma “the reader” o la terza persona “he/she who reads the text”
  • Parola importante è “word”
  • Privilegiare lo stile nominale: condensare il senso e la focalizzazione del lettore sul senso.
  •  Uso della forma impersonale (you)

In a text there are very important word choices and word order.

Word choices are important because they create effects on the reader and the effects on the reader determinate is the reader is happy or not, if the reader take distance or not, …

AN ARGUMENTATIVE TEXT

An argumentative text proposes a thesis, it proposes a point of view on something.

This idea requires for the writer the production of argumentation to support this thesis. Argumentation is a thought, a concept that I developed following a logical thread, it can also be made by comparison. The argumentation should follow or be developed into paragraphs, each paragraph should play a function, we should be connected somehow to the previous or to the coming paragraph.

The better you can organized the logical development of your ideas, the better you can convinced the reader of your point of you. In order to this you have to collect intelligent data, relevant information, significant figures and also paid utmost attention to the use of language. I need suitable connectors and linkers for example: coming now to …, in addition, what’s more, besides, differently from, in opposition to, viceversa, on one hand … on the other, indeed/to tell the truth, anyway,…
