University of Cambridge

In one of videos I watched, students have to describe their experiences of the University of Cambridge using the letters of the alphabet with only a word. Nobody used negative adjective to describe it,  a student answered “Cambridge is what you make it”. I understood the university in England is a place where students attend lectures with passion and willingness to learn, they don’t think the school is a “obligation” indeed students go away from their houses to study and they are of all nationalities, people go to England to study in the university of Cambridge because level of education is the best in the world. In addition I read the students are texted by two teachers and they don’t know them, so the assessment is objective and you can be sure of cultural knowledge and skills of students.

In the university students find a theatre, a library, a shop.. to spend your free time. In addition you can practice sports, so you have  the opportunity to have fun, keep fit, and make new friends.

Students live their life in the university and they don’t want to go home, the university seems a “little” city where students have the possibility to become independent from their family, they grow up and they learn not only scholastic subjects but also to fend themselves.

In my opinion the University of Cambridge offers very good possibility to students, the only thing which you could consider like an obstacle is the taxes and living costs but you can apply for a government loan from the Student Loans Company to cover your taxes and living costs, so when you will earn a good salary you will pay them, in addition universities offer financial support, the Cambridge Bursary Scheme offers a non-repayable grant to help students.
