Where is Mrs. Dalloway going?

She is going to buy some flowers.


What is her mood?


She feels sadness for the period spent in Bourton, but very happy in the city she loves now, London.

The two time dimensions are: Clarissa with eighteen and Clarissa with over fifty years old.
The past evokes in Clarissa's mind the sound of the hinges.


Who do you think is Peter Walsh? What does Clarissa say of him?


In my opinion Peter Walsh is Clarissa's friend because of the letters. Clarissa says about him that he wrote her very boring letters but some of his sayings were remembered.


What does Scrope Purvis think of Clarissa?

Scrope Purvis thinks that Clarissa seems like a bird, light and vivacious even her age and her white hair.


What are Clarissa's thoughts while walking through the streets in Westminster?


Clarissa's thoughts were about the city day life within his multitude aspects. In conclusion she thoughts about what she loves, about life.
