NBuccolo - Considerations about Literature

Up to  4A - Reinforcing Awareness of Reading Literary TextsUp to task document list

During the previous lesson Mrs Beltramini read an extract from a book ( the title is "Art Objects") and then she drew some interesting consideration in the class.

First of all it was said that art has no gender and speaks a universal language which can be understood by any kind of  people.

Later it was said that the language of literature transforms surrounding reality and people's common vision of the world, by arranging language in a different way from everyday language.

Besides, literature is full of energy and requires the reader to go deep into the text, in order to understand one of its possible meanings.

Indeed it is the reader that makes up the text, so everyone can have a different impression of the same text.

The reader must have a deep sensibility, combined with technical control of reading instruments to make the most of a text he/she is reading.
