What was the lesson about?

The first Literature lesson was on the 14^th of September 2011. At the first we corrected our holiday book and then the teacher  started to talk about Literature. She said "Literary texts use a different language. It is difficult to understand them fully immediately.

A literary work is is not necessarily connected to the writer's life. Classical texts always tell news things to the  new generations and this is what makes them classical products.

The teacher quoted  Dante like a classical writer and she told us us the art transforms culture, which is a cross of codes.

She added that the language of art is something  distinguished from the language of every day. Literature is not flat because it is full of energy and can transforms words.

Mrs Beltramini was saying al this  when the bell rang. She had to go to another class.

Now I have to comment on the lesson.

I think this is a greattopic and I am interested in  literature. She told us new things and I think  this is more interesting than studying English rules.
