The themes of hamlet in the actuality

AREZZO, 10 SETTEMBRE – Due fratelli sono stati trovati morti in località  Traiana, nel comune di Terranova Bracciolini, in provincia di Arezzo. Si tratta di Luciano Parigi, 48 anni, e del fratello Pasquale di 50. I due condividevano la stessa casa insieme agli anziani genitori. Secondo una prima ricostruzione Luciano ha prima ucciso Pasquale a colpi di martello fracassandogli il cranio e poi si sarebbe ucciso tagliandosi la gola con un coltello ritrovato vicino al cadavere.

I corpi senza vita dei due fratelli sono stati ritrovati dalla madre intorno alle 19:30 nei pressi dell’aia della casa colonica. La donna ha subito chiesto aiuto al marito che era al lavoro in un campo non molto lontano da casa e poco dopo ha avvertito anche l’altro fratello dei due uccisi. I soccorsi sono stati avvisati dai vicini di casa della famiglia.

Le liti tra i due erano quasi all’ordine del giorno. I motivi erano principalmente legati a questioni di eredità , ma non solo. Spesso litigavano su come gestire i campi e le proprietà della famiglia. La polizia sta vagliando ancora tutte le ipotesi. Quella dell’omicidio – suicidio è la più accreditata, anche se ancora c’è qualche dubbio legato alle ferite che il possibile assassino ha sul corpo. Questo lascerebbe aperta l’ipotesi che i due si siano uccisi a vicenda.

Comparing this murder between brothers to Hamlet’s murder we can discover interesting analogies.

If we analyze also the motive of the murder we can hypothesize that probably something happened in the past influenced these people and made them to act in this way.

After the investigations the police thought that the two brothers killed each other . As known these two people always quarreled to control their parent’s possession; analyzing  this  following Freud’s model we can think that these brothers had an hard childhood full of fights to conquer parent’s attentions.

We can also think that brothers always quarreled to be the best one and also for power and money.

It’s possible to find this aspect also in the murder of Hamlet made by Claudius, a man who probably always envied his brother for his position, for his money, and maybe also for his wife and because of this decided to kill his brother (like Caine and Abele).
