LADY DIAMOND

There was a very famous king who had a daughter, her name was Lady Diamond. She falls in love with a kitchen boy, a servant who worked for her father ,on a summer. Five months after, she started to cry becuase she realized she was pregnant. On a winter night, her father entered his daughter's room and asks her why she was so sad and she confessed her love for the servant and so the king decided to kill him. He ordered to his men to go and kill the kitchen boy in secret, they cut the kitchen boy's heart from him, put it in a gold bowl and give it to Lady Diamond.She was desperate,she cried a lot and then she died. After her death his father understood what he did and he realized that he had made a big mistake. He regret what he had done and he cried his lost daughter, but he blamed his men, who had not tried to stop him from his crime.


Why does Lady Diamond cry?
Lady Diamond cries because she was pregnant this is why her dress grew short on the front.
The king goes to his daughter's rooms. He is described as ''a wandering ghost'' : what do you expect now ?
