The night before August 15th I slept an hour. I danced all night long in Sitiana, so I was very tired. However, that morning my friend Federico and I got up early: we had to put on the camp where we have stayed for three days, from 15th to 18th. Every year we celebrate "ferragosto" for some days. Our camp was situated near the Isonzo river and there were other 3 camps within a radius of one kilometer.
After putting on the camp, we went to my actual girlfriend's house. Her name is Sara. I knew her the night before, so we went to her to know her better.
At 11 a.m. we came back to the camp and we had been waiting up to 12 the people who took part of the party. We were more than 20 and the beer boxes more than 60. The party was envisaged so heavy. When my friends and I were preparing lunch, all the guests arrived. There was Sara and her friend Pamela, too. After having lunch we visited the people camped near us. We knew most of them yet, however we knew many new friends, too. We had fun riding our motorcycle around the camps and bathing all together on the river.
There was a festival in the evening in my village. I had to work all evening long there. I was in charge of broach beer in a stand. I was very excited, because I usually stayed on the other side of the counter. All the people who stayed in my camp went to the festival to see me and to drink good beer.

Toward 11 p.m. we came back to the camp. We switched on the stereo and have been dancing. That night was wonderful. Sara and I kissed for the second time and we had to sleep in the same tent. Unfortunately we didn't sleep together, but I went on to partying all night long. It was the second owl.

I had to wake up at 8 a.m. that morning, because I had to help my father to tidy the place where there were the festival the night before.
It was so heavy, but I managed to reach the 18th of August.
