The poem discusses the life of poorv agabonds. They are desperate, without care, without food, without home: they can not even cry. The poet  uses rhyme and in particular he puts verbs in the last place. The first letter of the rhyme is always capitalized, even if there isn’t a full stop. 

For the the poet they have nothing  essentials for life, but in particular they have no friends to talk, have fun and also cry.
