Comprehension:

 

1. Macbeth had an unusual reaction to the news of women lamenting: a common man would have been scared, have difficult to remember what fear is.


2. He doesn't express any pain when he receive the news of the wife death.


3. I think the queen has committed a suicide.

 

Interpretation:

 

1. The metaphor of the stage reminds the idea of the world as a fiction


2. Macbeth thinks that life isn't eternal and the repetition of "tomorrow" underlines the passing of time and that men are doomed to die.
