The Royal Family and Lady Diana

A) The prince of Wales married Lady Diana only to “bring glamour” , to show sympathy, renewing the royal family link with the people, and to provide an heir.

B) Lady Diana was able to impress the public opinion doing charitable activities and being helpful to others.   She was also very humble with anyone and this make her appreciated by ordinary people.

C)“She had never felt the royal family had supported her or appreciated her capacity for getting in touch with ordinary people, and she felt she had been brought in simply to provide a son and a heir”

D)Because their absence would have been considered outrageous by people.
