VAGABONDS by Langston Hughes

We are the desperate

Who do not care.

The hungry

Who have nowhere

To eat

No place to sleep.

The tearless

Who cannot

Weep.

The text is a short poem made of Langston Hughes.

The matter of which he speaks are vagabonds. This poem is composted of none line that made some rhyme and assonances(like eat-sleep; sleep- weep).

There are some repetition too (like no-where and no place).

The writer tells about a group of people and no a singular person.

They are called "the Desperate", "The hungry" and "The tearless" but it isn't their real name because they haven't name.

The writer describes about their kind of life and their difficulty to stay in this social condition.
