The Hitchhiker
Andrea worked in an office in London and lived in Brockbourne. She was driving back home. The weather wasn't very cold and there was a lot of wind. She felt alone and wanted to listen to the radio, but it had been stolen two weeks ago.
While she was driving, she saw an old lady that had a hand-written message saying "Brockbourne". She never picked up someone when she was alone because she was generally afraid. She felt sorry for her because the weather was really bad and so she stopped and picked her up.
The old lady got into the car. She was fat and had a big bag she placed in front of her. She whispered when she spoke. Her arms had black hairs. So Andrea noticed she wasn't a woman! The hitchhiker was a man. Andrea didn't know what to do and decided to find a way to push him out of the car.
She stopped the car, said she had hit a child and asked "the lady" to go and see if the child felt well. When the hitchhiker got out of the car, Andrea ran away all of a sudden.
When she was far away from the lady, she stopped and decided to look into the man's bag to know about the "old lady" . She found a sharp hand axe, covered with dried blood. Andrea screamed!
