Letter's strutture 

It is a formal letter. The senders of this letters are Jean Claude Trichet and Mario Draghi. The addressee is the Italian Prime Minister. This letter is organized in three paragraphs.

The first paragraph is an illustrative paragraph. The writers use a background note, and they evidence the situation of Italian bend markets.

In the second paragraph they uses a background note concerning the importance of structural reforms. Then they support a thesis. At the end of the paragraph they quote a statement that's to say Italian fiscal reforms are not sufficient.

In the third paragraph there is a list of what is urgent for Italy. There are three points evidenced. In the first there is evidenced how Italian government has to act to enhance potential growth. In the second point the writers underline the need to ensure sustainability of public finance. They provide an accurate argumentation and a precise explanation of the kind of intervention the Italian government has to follow. In the third  point Trichet and Draghi encourage the reform of public administration.

They warn about due time to carry out reforms. They conclude having trust in the government.
