This formal letter written by Jean Claude Trichet and Mario Draghi has been sent to Italian Prime

 

Minister Silvio Berlusconi the 5th August 2011.

 

In the letter the Govern Council informs the P.M. that are necessaries more measures to restore

 

investors’confidence.

 

The letter is made by 3 parts.The first part contains the request to enhance the growth with many

 

rreforms in local services and companies.

 

The second part is about the financial problem and the third part deals with the improve of public ù

 

Administration.

 

In the end of the letter there are the hopes of the council which are that the measures will be applied.
