Title of module: About Argumentative texts

 

Objectives:         To be able to write an argumentative text on the bases, resorting to documents given

  • 1.    recognize and single out the conventions of an argumentative text
  • 2.    To single out the thesis developed
  • 3.    To be able to find facts and datas
  • 4.    To explain the relationship between the different paragraphs of the text
  • 5.    To identify and to be able to explain the logic/thread of the argumentation
  • 6.    To identify the specific use of the language made, with the reference to:

a.    Keywords

b.    Microlanguage

c.    Use of nominal style

d.    Specific connectors

e.    Idioms

  • 7.    To identify conclusions drawn
  • 8.    To be able to explain how persuasion is gradually built on
