POEM 1

This poem is formed by one stanza composed of eigth lines .

The first four lines are about the contemporaneous meaning of cloths , because the speaking voice of the poem tells the reader that he wanted to get the luck of own particular cloths . In the first line the expression “had I the heavens” underlines that the speaking voice can not do anything to change his situation and the words emboidered cloths make the reader think to oneother period . In the second , third and fourth line there are adjectives refered to cloths , but all of them make think to hold periods cloths .

In the fifth line the speaking voice uses the expression “I would spread cloths under your feet” to tell the reader that he would be able to show an high social position and maybe cloths are present to a loved person, but in the sixth line the speaking voice tells the reader he is poor and only things he owns are dreams and since he had not spreaded cloths under his or her feet , but his dreams and he asked the loved person not to tread his dreams because they are his only remained things , the only things that make the speaking voice move on .
