Dear Luke,

How are you? Glad to know that this year you are going to spend the Christmas holidays in the UK. I’ve got some great news to tell you. As you are alone I would like to invite you to spend your Christmas Day with my family and me.

We are going to spend these Christmas holidays at our home in Scotland, we are living on the 1st of December and some other relatives are going to join us a couple of days later.

I have lots of ideas! We can do lots of things. We can put the Christmas tree up on the 8th of December and then we can decorate it with baubles and lights.

Then we can do the nativity scene. We can make the Christmas tronchetto (I tasted it last Christmas when I went to Italy for the first time, it was so yummy!!), I’m very good at cooking specially in desserts.
