ARGUMENTATIVE TEXT
There is no doubt that writing an argumentative text isn’t simple. Indeed it implies having argumented and demonstrable opinions about the topic of the discussion.
To deal with an argumentation is essential to build an argumentative structure where the reader can individuate the logical thread of the thinking we want to demonstrate. Therefore a good habit is to guide the reader in the context giving him/her some guide lines.
Those guide lines have to find instant confirmation in the paragraphs’ textual organization, where everyone of them have to have a specific function.
After you decide the structure you want to give to the text you have to make sure of having an appropriate lexical, morphological and syntactic knowledge (lexical choice, a functional textual style, knowledge of syntax’ rules that is the word’s order, grammatical rules and idiomatic forms).
The choice of the register allow the reader to understand how the writer (sender of the message) is deeply into the argument.
An appropriate argumentative text generally concludes with a summary, a personal opinion about what is written. It’s a good rule to realize that the conclusion can’t be logically connected to the introduction.
