A - Hello Martin!

M - Hi Anna!

A - How are you?

M - Fine thanks, and you?

A - So so. I haven’t seen you for a long time. I missed you.

M - I missed you too, Anna.

A - Tell me a little bit. What have you done recently?

M - Well, I have just had lunch with my friend Mark. We had a pizza and a beer. After that, Mark has gone to the university, because he has an afternoon’s course, while I have come to the station because I’m leaving for Milan soon.

A - Oh, why are you going to Milan?

M - Because tomorrow I’m having an important international conference.

A - Mark, you become more and more famous!

M - Famous? No no, haha. What about you, Anna? Where have you been lately?

A - I’ve just been to my grandparent’s house. There I saw my cousins Lucy, Catherine and Sheila. They live in Australia, so I meet them very rarely. They went in Italy five days ago and they are staying in my country for about three weeks. I haven’t met my aunt and my uncle yet, because before they were out, in the shopping centre maybe.

M - Beautiful! Say hello to them from me, thanks.

A - Of course!

M - Sorry, dear, but my train is arriving. I hope to see you soon, Anna. Bye bye!

A - Bye Martin! Good luck with that conference!

M - Thank you!
