Valeria is my best friend.

She's got a lot of qualities but also some defects.

She's ann outgoing person and I really admire this quality because I'm a bit shy.

When we are in a place where we don't know anybody she often can get acquainted very fast while I have some more problems.

Or when we are at my cousins' house in Bassano I don't talk very much because I don't know what to talk about with them but Valeria always talk a lot about piano or books.

She is cheerful every time I see her and she makes me happy, too.

I think I saw her sad only a few times.

She's also very loyal. When I have a problem I always tell it to her because I know I can trust her.

For example when we met last year and I told her some problems that I had with my new class she didn't tell them to nobody.

But she is also headstrong and sometimes is difficult talk about some arguments.

One time we talked about our old teachers and we discuss a lot about our Italian teacher because she thought she was really kind and fair, but for me she was a bit arrogant.

We are both headstrongs so it was difficult find a middle way for the talk.

Now he was driving into the Transylvanian mountains through a thick forest.

It was getting dark and the other people in the carriage were quiet and afraid.

A woman opposite to him was reaching towards him and put something in his hand. It was a small, silver cross. “Wear it around your neck” she said. “You'll be safe”.

 

Exercise 5

I would continue reading the story number 1 because it was very intriguing and I want to know who was outside the door. The story number 2 was intersting too but I think that, if I would start reading it I will have fear.
