•      Expanding the function of career guidance as support to the choice: making aware young people and families about orienteering. Aim: making them understand characteristics of professions and of work market

•      Investing on formation per competences: not necessarily after studies but with stages inside educational project

•      Improving the relation formation - work trough new ways and contracts: reducing time and costs in the beginning of the work

•      Developing new competences and multidisciplinary characters: particularly in the tertiary formative offer, where competences of contents are always more suitable
