SUFFERING: pain of body or mind, feelings of pain, unhappiness.
SORROW: grief or sadness, regret.
ACHE: dull continuous pain, have a steady or continuous pain, want very much. (Ache is only combined with back, ear, face, head, heart, stomach,tummy and tooth. For others use a pain in the chest, etc.)
