The first company that the protagonist has to evaluate is located in Cile: 11^th September was the day of the coup against Salvator Allende (11^th September 1973). It is in this location that happened the protagonist’s psychological crisis: there might be a connection between the two data.

The film makes the watcher loose the depth of the novel: while the narrative makes the reader think and reflect; the movie is a classical thriller.
