"Un'impresa da Dio"

The plot:

Evan Baxter is about to leave behind the career of anchorman with the City of Buffalo: newly elected to Congress, he moved with his wife and three children in a new and luxurious house in Huntsville, Virginia. To devote himself to his political career, however, he is neglecting his family,. And as soon as and also he enters the Congress, he is contacted by parliamentary Long, a powerful politician who wants his support for a questionable law.  One evening Evan pays a superficial prayer, which asks for help to change the world, but God has a plan for him and precisely: he will build an ark on which to pick up his loved ones and a pair of each animal species, and to this purpose  he is to deliver Baxter home  the ancient tools work and enormous quantities of timber; after an initial scepticism, flocks of birds and animals who follow him everywhere and appearances of a nice old man (who looks like the Almighty) convince Evan to accept the undertaking from God.

My opinion:

"Un'impresa da Dio" is the result of "Una settimana da Dio," then the question is spontaneous: is  it  better or worse than the previous film? Worse! .
It is not a bad film but it is sometimes boring because of the absence of comic scenes with Jim Carrey, any way to spend an hour and a half of peace it is better than good.
